Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on towels and other personal care items once the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
Defective or damaged items
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team.hypnotic.care@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or a refund.
Sale items
All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit for the value of your return (only if the item is defective or damaged).
Shipping responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
